Mendelssohn Elijah

Elijah is a much loved oratorio written by Felix Mendelssohn in 1846 for the Birmingham Festival. It depicts various events in the life of the Biblical prophet Elijah, taken from the books 1 Kings and 2 Kings in the Old Testament

"Shades of Blue" - design information

This site was created entirely in Windows Notepad and hand-coded from scratch. I do occasionally use the free HTML editor Arachnophilia, but I'm not fond of "WYSIWYG" editors like Frontpage or Dreamweaver. :)

"Shades of Blue" uses Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and Server Side Includes (SSI), but the structure is largely basic HTML tables. Any graphics were produced in Paint Shop Pro 7.0 (which can give Adobe Photoshop a good run for its money any day, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise).
